The Ministry of Economy and Commerce (MEC)- Qatar has published on its official social media platforms about the free vehicle recall for Ford Escape & Fusiondue to a defect reduced its efficiency.
The recall includes the Ford Escape & Fusion, model year 2013-2016. This recall is because of the possibility of having a default in the bushing in the shifter cable end that it might be damaged or missing which can result in the shifter not completely moving the transmission to the proper gear position.

Car manufacturers pay a lot of efforts to develop new cars and assure the ongoing examination for old models they have manufactured to provide repairs for any defect caused by the same manufacturing company.
