Qatar MOI has published a post on FB and instagram about the detour on Al Mazrooah Interchange on Al Shamal Road on Friday 8 June 2018for two months.
The reason behind this detour is the road construction made by Public Work Authority, Ashghal.
During the detour, the eastbound carriageway on Al Mazrouah Interchange main bridge will be closed for a distance of two (2) kilometers and traffic will be shifted to the westbound carriageway were the lanes will be adjusted to accommodate movements in both direction.

Mazrouah Interchange is scheduled to open for public use by Q4 2018 and will increasing lane capacity from three (3) to five (5) in each direction, and enhance travel efficiency.
Drivers have to abide to the installed road signs by Ashgahl and abide by the speed limit to save the lives of all people.
