Video .. A radar that detects traffic violations with high accuracy

It is a radar with several jobs. The objective for this reader is to register most types of traffic violations 24/7, in a very high accuracy and speed.

The radar is the latest revelations brought by the General Directorate of Traffic in Qatar. The Traffic Department in Qatar announced about the radar during the Gulf Traffic Week 33, which is held at “Darb Al Saee” under the slogan "Life is a Trust" during the period from 12 to March 17 ongoing.

From this video, the one can spot the most important features of the radar. The demo video which was displayed at the Engineering and Management Suite in “Darb Al Saee”. The video shows that the radar is able to record most of the traffic violations recorded by other radars, such as not leaving enough distance between cars, impeding the movement in yellow signs in intersections, turning from prohibited places, exceeding the maximum speed limits in intersections and roads, crossing red lights, and non-compliance with traffic signals at the line, and other traffic violations.

It is expected that this new radar will be used soon especially that authorities from Qatar and the Gulf have seen many advantages for using it.
