Three people killed in road accident on Al Kharara Highway

Few days ago, Qatar’s statistics agency published reports showing a decrease in the number of deaths caused by road accidents in Qatar. Now we see a new tragedy of its kind.

Three people were killed and one severely injured in a car accident on Al Kharrara Highway. Two Asians and one Arab were the people killed and the nationality of the injured person is unknown to us. The accident happened just after 10:00pm on Friday when two cars collided with each other on the way from Abu Samra to Al Kharara area, as reported by Al Raya Newspaper in Qatar.

One of the drivers of the two cars stepped down of his car after the accident and he was standing on the middle of the street when a third car ran him over and killed him immediately.

We request from all drivers to drive safe and not to exceed the speed limit for any reason. and in case of an accident, you need to step away from your car and in a safe place.
