The Ministry of Energy and Industry announces on its official website Qatar Petroleum monthly the prices of fuel in the Qatari market in order to unite prices at all petrol stations. The official announcement of the Ministry of Energy and Industry for March shows a slight increase in fuel prices compared to February.
According to QP, starting from March 1st , the Diesel cost will increase from 1,70 to QAR 1,85, while super gasoline will increase from 1,55 to QAR 1,60 and premium gasoline will also increase from 1,50 to QAR 1,55.

Fuel prices in Qatar were regulated in response to changes in the global market from April 2016. A special committee reviews fuel prices every month and make recommendations on proposed prices for the local market accordingly.
